Carr’s Hill Interchange

The new grade-separated interchange at Carr’s Hill, which will involve major earthworks to construct, will provide direct access to the M28 for the rapidly expanding Douglas area. It will include a new pedestrian underpass linking Maryborough Ridge into the extended Ballybrack pedestrian and cycleway route, which will also serve the Castletreasure development by Murnane & O’Shea. The interchange will ease congestion, improve journey times, and support sustainable growth in the wider area.
